Validia assistance services offer disabled persons the opportunity to live safely 24/7.
The home of a customer may be in a service centre, a housing service group or an independent apartment. Living requires taking on responsibility for one´s life.
The services include assistance and support in daily activities and promotion of one´s
capacity. The services are customised based on the customer´s disability or illness.
Validia offers other services as well
- Housing trials and training, during which the customer´s service needs connected with housing and the suitable housing form for the customer are studied
- Daily activities in accordance with the Finnish Act on Services and Assistance for the Disabled

Applying
Validia Services offers an apartment as described in the Finnish Act on Residential Leases and the services needed by the disabled person for daily living. A disabled person is an eligible tenant if their home town or insurance company has issued a purchased service commitment for supported housing. An application is submitted with a housing application form and the necessary appendices, and the application is delivered to the housing service unit.
